Candidates with restoration certification or training like IICRC or Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training have an advantage. Job Requirements

  • high school or equivalent preferred
  • restoration experience for 2 years required
  • construction experience for 1 year preferred
  • hazardous waste operations and emergency response training preferred
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to travel 75 percent, required
  • ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects (50+ lbs)
  • successful completion of background check subject to applicable law

Job Duties

  • perform content restoration work for commercial properties
  • perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customer's contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilities
  • assist with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage
  • follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear
  • operate routinely used tools and equipment
  • perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
  • communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns
  • maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
  • maintain all job-related reports updated per company guidelines
