As the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, Invited manages more than 130 distinguished country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs. These clubs are known for providing first-class amenities such as championship golf courses, cutting-edge workspaces, exquisite handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, advanced racquet facilities, and fully equipped fitness centers. Invited’s inclusive and dynamic team environment fosters growth, exceptional service, and memorable experiences for all involved. Joining Invited means being part of a company dedicated to hospitality excellence and community enrichment, supported by a well-established and forward-thinking corporate culture.
The Banquet Setup Person position at Invited is an essential role that contributes directly to the flawless execution of events across the company’s clubs. This role is primarily responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and event spaces in accordance with specific event orders and floor plans. The person in this position ensures that all tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, and related equipment meet high standards of presentation and functionality. Working closely with the food and beverage team, banquet directors, event sales staff, and other service personnel, the Banquet Setup Person facilitates seamless event operations and enhances guest satisfaction. The role also emphasizes delivering excellent service by actively engaging in the company's 3-steps of service model: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
In addition to setting up and tearing down event spaces, this role supports food running and bussing activities during events and maintains cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas. The position demands a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication, particularly when responding to member and guest requests or handling service recovery situations. With responsibilities ranging from physical setup tasks to member interaction, the Banquet Setup Person plays a key part in creating memorable event experiences while upholding the standards and culture of Invited.
This position reports to the Food & Beverage Director, Banquet Director, or Banquet/Restaurant Manager and operates within a dynamic and collaborative hospitality setting. The job requires physical stamina and the ability to safely lift and move equipment, respond to varying work environments, and maintain compliance with safety protocols. Invited offers a Total Rewards package that, for full-time employees, includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. While the role may include part-time or variable hours, including weekends and holidays, it offers an opportunity to work with a reputable national leader in private club management and hospitality services.
