This role is for a Restaurant Zone Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in overseeing the operations of one restaurant zone. The manager ensures that the restaurant runs efficiently by upholding Raising Cane's high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. The position requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with physical activities including walking, standing, lifting, bending, and interacting with customers, contributing actively to the overall dining experience. The Restaurant Zone Manager will enforce policies, manage team members during shifts, use operational tools to monitor and improve restaurant performance, and maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment for both crew and guests.

Job Requirements

  • Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • manages assigned zone according to Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
  • directs crewmembers during a shift
  • provides exemplary customer service
  • supports execution of reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
  • completes other duties as assigned
