The role at Shake Shack offers an hourly wage of $14.00 plus tips, with an additional $2.00 per hour available for certain shifts worked after midnight. This position requires availability until 2:00 AM, subject to applicable laws and regulations, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to providing excellent service even during late-night hours. Employment at Shake Shack is full-time or part-time, designed to accommodate flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
