Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of inventory and cost control
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Certification in food safety is preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff management

- Provide superior customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold company standards
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment
