Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tables simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials with enthusiasm
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any requests or concerns
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash or credit transactions
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service
