  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tables simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials with enthusiasm
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
  • Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any requests or concerns
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash or credit transactions
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service
