The position requires availability between 7 AM and 5 PM, giving team members a flexible but structured schedule. Crew members will rotate through essential roles including runner/line coordinator, order taker/dining room attendant, grill cook, fries/nuggets specialist, sandwich maker, drinks preparer, and register/drive-thru operator. Additional responsibilities include opening duties such as salad preparation, product retrieval, sanitation, and trash removal; pre-closing tasks like cleaning and stocking; and closing duties including grill cleaning, vacuuming, and dishwashing.
