Naked Farmer is a rapidly growing farm-to-table fast casual restaurant group known for its commitment to seasonal vegetables and locally sourced ingredients, with existing locations in Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. The company is dedicated to building a better food system by connecting farmers directly to communities, ensuring transparency in sourcing and cooking, and supporting local farmers, communities, and chefs. Founded during the challenges of a global pandemic, Naked Farmer has demonstrated resilience and innovation by delivering fresh, made-from-scratch meals directly from farms to customers' doorsteps. This strong foundation has accelerated growth, and the brand is expanding with a new location opening in Nashville, Tennessee in June 2026. Naked Farmer seeks exceptional, energetic individuals to join their team at this new Nashville location as Restaurant Team Members. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about real, good food. Experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be an ambassador of the company’s locally sourced, made-from-scratch ethos. You will engage guests by discussing seasonal menus with enthusiasm and serve meals prepared with consistency, precision, and urgency. Your work will contribute directly to the guest experience and the restaurant’s smooth operations.
In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks such as ensuring meticulous attention to dining spaces, coordinating to-go orders and deliveries, and promoting the story behind the food—highlighting the seasonality and origin of ingredients and the local farmers involved. Physical stamina is important since the job requires lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and sometimes up to 50 pounds, with accommodations available if needed. Upholding food safety standards is crucial to maintain the highest quality and safety for all customers.

Job Duties
- Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting the seasonality and origin of ingredients, while delivering meals that delight our guests
- Expand your culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from our team of skilled chefs
- Deliver exceptional hospitality that makes each guest feel valued, ensuring meticulous attention to dining spaces, to-go orders, and the coordination of deliveries
- Engage with diners proactively, anticipating their needs and making their visit memorable
- Serve as a passionate storyteller for our seasonal selections, the local farms, and the farmers we partner with
- Efficiently manage a variety of tasks and remain active in the kitchen for prolonged periods
