Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten hours
- Must have the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
- Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings
- Willingness to comply with Flynn Panera policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Basic math and reading skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Ensure a clean, fast, and friendly café environment
- Listen and respond to guests' needs accurately and efficiently
- Assist in everyday management responsibilities as needed
- Operate and maintain café equipment safely and properly
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store standards
- Maintain inventory and stock levels as required
