Job Requirements
- at least 16 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent or currently attending high school or vocational program
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills
- friendly and positive attitude
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent work experience
- ability to work in a team environment
- good communication skills
- punctual and reliable
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- greet customers and take accurate food orders
- prepare and serve food according to Whataburger standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- assist in stocking and inventory management
- provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
