With its unique approach to food that brings people together, Noodles and Company has grown to be recognized not only for its delicious menu but also for its positive work culture and commitment to diversity and inclusion. The company fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where each team member is encouraged to grow, develop new skills, and contribute meaningfully to the customer experience. Moreover, Noodles and Company is celebrated for its focus on employee wellness through a comprehensive benefits package, career development opportunities, and initiatives that support mental, financial, and physical well-being.

As a Back-of-House Team Member (Cook/Line Cook) at Noodles and Company, you will be an integral part of the kitchen crew responsible for preparing fresh ingredients and cooking dishes to order while ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail, as every plate leaving the kitchen represents the brand's promise of great food made with care. No prior experience with sauté or specific cooking techniques is necessary as the company provides thorough paid training, making this role perfect for individuals eager to learn culinary skills, develop professionally, and grow within the company. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to build their confidence and expertise in food preparation and kitchen management. You’ll participate in hands-on training to master cooking methods and kitchen safety procedures, operate kitchen tools and equipment responsibly, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, you will help maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen. Physical stamina is important as the job involves standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and managing multiple tasks during busy shifts. A supportive attitude, dependability, and the ability to handle a high-energy environment will help you succeed and contribute positively to the team.

Located in West St. Paul, MN, this position offers competitive pay ranging from $13.50 to $19.00 per hour and flexible schedules to accommodate both part-time and full-time team members. Upon completing your interview, you will enjoy a complimentary meal up to $10 in value, reinforcing the company’s commitment to great food and community. Noodles and Company also offers valuable employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, employer-matched 401(k), tuition assistance, free mental health resources, and leadership development programs. The role is open to applicants aged 16 and older, making it an excellent opportunity for teens or anyone looking to gain valuable work experience in the food industry.

Through its ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace, Noodles and Company is proud to be recognized on several Forbes lists for employer excellence in diversity, women’s employment, and company culture. Veterans and spouses are especially encouraged to apply as the company values military service. With no specific application deadline and ongoing acceptance of applications, interested individuals are welcomed to apply at their convenience.
