Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • Ensure dishes are made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • Follow recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • Learn and refine kitchen and sauté skills through hands-on training
  • Maintain pace during peak hours and support smooth kitchen flow
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards
