Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend, twist, and reach
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • willingness to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications as required
  • availability to work flexible schedules including peak hours
  • dependable and positive attitude
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment a plus but not required
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn new cooking techniques
  • ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • physical capability to perform role duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and refine kitchen and saute skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during peak hours and support smooth kitchen flow
  • work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet guest expectations during busy shifts
  • work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards
  • bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift
  • meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications according to regulations
