Panera is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join their team as Retail Team Member Cashiers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering exceptional guest service. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $11.41 to $16.00 per hour and includes eligibility for team tips. As a Panera Retail Team Member Cashier, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and providing assistance with their orders quickly and accurately. You will be knowledgeable about the menu, including limited-time offers, and will help guests feel at home while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

This role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training, food handler’s card as required by law
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
  • Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
