Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work full-time or part-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties

  • Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations such as prep dish garnish and grill to prepare sandwiches and salads
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
  • Support team members and communicate effectively during shifts
  • Handle dishwashing and kitchen equipment cleaning
  • Participate actively in the tip pool and daily operations
