Shake Shack's CA Downtown LA location is hiring full-time Team Members who are eager to be part of the #ShackFam. The pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour plus tips. This role is more than flipping burgers or assembling orders; it is a chance to embody enlightened hospitality by engaging guests and team members with genuine warmth, care, and integrity. Team members gain hands-on mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within the fast-growing hospitality brand. The position may require availability until 4:00 AM, contingent on local labor laws.

In this role, you will prepare and assemble food orders following Shake Shack’s proprietary standards and recipes, ensuring food safety and sanitation at all times. Flexibility is key as you will rotate through various stations, keeping daily work dynamic and engaging.
