Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Clear communication and quick understanding of directions
Strong interpersonal skills
Passion for creating moments of comfort and joy for guests
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Completion or willingness to complete food handler’s card training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Execute duties specific to bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, quality control
Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
Maintain clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
Adapt to changes with a positive attitude and stay informed about daily priorities
Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and setting up the next shift
