As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you have the unique opportunity to become the face of hospitality, directly impacting guests' experiences with every interaction. Team Members perform diverse duties depending on their area, including Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, and Quality Control among others. This variety ensures a dynamic work environment where no two days are alike, and where versatility and teamwork play key roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, assembling menu items like salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, and assisting guests throughout the dining experience. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are crucial to success. Panera Bread values team members who actively contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, adhering to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols. Additionally, Restaurant Team Members support one another by completing cleaning and stocking duties, helping to set up the following shift, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Panera Bread offers competitive pay for this position, ranging from $15.40 to $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for team tips. This role requires candidates who meet the minimum age of 16+, can lift up to 25 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
