We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Team Members to join our McKinney, Texas location at 1727 N Central Expressway. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $14.50 plus tips, providing a rewarding opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a fun, inclusive, and fast-paced environment. As a Team Member at Shake Shack, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service that embodies enlightened hospitality. You will be responsible for preparing and assembling food according to our high standards and recipes, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding Shack experience.

The role requires mastery of various stations within the restaurant, allowing each shift to feel dynamic and engaging. You will rotate through these stations to keep your workday fresh and exciting. Your dedication to following food safety and sanitation procedures will help maintain a safe environment for guests and fellow team members alike.
