Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and quickly understand directions in loud environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete basic food safety training and hold food handler’s card as required
  • Enjoy working with food and have prior food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Execute duties in specific areas within the bakery-cafe such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, and Quality Control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests in entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
  • Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift
