Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Passion for creating comfortable, positive guest experiences
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of basic food safety training and obtaining a Food Handler’s Card as required
- Enjoy working with food and serving others
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years or older
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Basic understanding and practice of food safety, including a Food Handler's Card if required by law
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
