Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate passion for guest service
- Work well in fast-paced environments
- Reliable and punctual with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law)
- Enjoy working with food
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute duties in assigned bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, quality control
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and aiding in shift setups
