Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly in a loud environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for guest service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Reliability and punctuality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food safety knowledge and training, including Food Handler's Card as required by law
- Enjoy working with food, food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Execute duties specific to areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
