Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 or older
  • Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Be reliable, punctual, and flexible for working evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete food safety training and obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required
  • Enjoy working with food
  • Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Execute duties specific to assigned bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes positively
  • Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift
