  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand directions in a loud environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and compliance with training requirements
  • Enjoy working with food, with food service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas including production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude to ensure every guest receives the best service
  • Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift
