Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirement of 16+
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- clear communication and quick understanding of directions in noisy environments
- strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- reliability and punctuality with flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- completion of basic food safety training and certification as required
- enjoyment of working with food
- preferred food service experience

Job Duties
- execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, quality control
- greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
- support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
