The availability of these positions may vary depending on the location. Employees begin their journey with Golden Corral through an orientation process, focusing on gaining proficiency in one skill position. Through the FastTracks training program, co-workers can track their progress toward certification in that role and have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple skills, promoting growth and career advancement within the company.
