Job Description
Chick-fil-A is a nationally recognized American fast-food restaurant chain known for its exceptional customer service, high-quality food, and commitment to community values. Established in 1946, Chick-fil-A has grown to become one of the largest and most respected quick-service restaurants in the United States. The company's core philosophy centers on operational excellence, genuine hospitality, and the professional development of its team members. Chick-fil-A maintains a unique culture that prioritizes serving customers with a smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere at every location. The Garner Towne Square and White Oak Crossing Chick-fil-A restaurants are currently hiring ambitious and dependable team members to join their dynamic teams both in the Back of House (Kitchen) and Front of House (Guest Services) positions. These stores uphold the same company values and high standards that Chick-fil-A is known for nationwide.
The job opportunity spans full-time and part-time positions, with competitive pay rates of up to $16.00 per hour depending on role and availability. This role is ideal for individuals seeking consistent hours and flexible schedules, including adults, college students, and responsible high school students aged 16 and older who meet scheduling requirements. The positions prioritize candidates able to work opening and closing shifts in the kitchen, as well as experienced front-of-house team members available for morning, daytime, and mid shifts. The team-member roles require individuals who are outgoing, engaging, and positive, able to interact warmly with guests and create memorable customer experiences.
Back of House team members are responsible primarily for food preparation and cooking, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and supporting efficient kitchen operations during busy periods. Front of House team members provide welcoming guest service, take orders accurately, support drive-thru and front counter operations, and maintain a clean, inviting environment. Both roles require strong dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-paced setting.
Chick-fil-A is dedicated to helping its employees grow, offering paid training, leadership development opportunities, and an annual scholarship program worth up to $2,500 pending approval. Employees receive flexible and consistent schedules with Sundays off, a unique benefit aligning with Chick-fil-A's family-first culture. Additional perks include discounted meals during shifts, a structured advancement pathway, and a work environment focused on mutual respect and excellence. The company values key Core 4 behaviors—eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected—and encourages their team members to embody these in every interaction.
This opportunity is perfect for proactive individuals who thrive in team settings and enjoy serving others amidst a fast-moving work environment. Team members can expect to gain valuable skills in customer service, food handling, and teamwork while contributing to a highly regarded brand with regional and national recognition. If you take pride in delivering quality work and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing team, apply today to join the Chick-fil-A teams at Garner Towne Square or White Oak Crossing and start your path to career growth and personal success.
