Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant team member position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. The independent franchisee is the actual employer and is responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, wage setting, staffing, scheduling, and supervision. This employment structure ensures personalized management and a closer connection between the staff and the franchise owner, fostering a unique work environment. The restaurant is a part of the fast-food industry and offers opportunities to work in various capacities such as guest service cashier and kitchen production. The hourly wages vary depending on location, ranging from $17.13 to $22.50 per hour for Washington locations and $16.00 to $18.00 per hour for Hawaii locations. Additionally, employees working graveyard shifts receive a premium of $1.00 extra per hour during shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM at select locations.
