Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear communication skills in a loud environment
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Reliable, punctual, and flexible work schedule
- Completion of basic food safety training such as Food Handler's Card

Job Duties
- Execute duties in specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, quality control
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety and cleaning protocols
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and setting up next shift
