Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or older
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to clearly communicate and understand directions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for making guests smile
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Completion of basic food safety training and valid food handler's card as required by law
  • Enjoy working with food

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
  • Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and setting up the next shift
