Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement (16 plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Clear communication and quick comprehension of guest, manager, and team directions in noisy environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete basic food safety training and practice
  • Enjoy working with food

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding and practice of food safety training (Food Handler's Card as required)
  • Passion for creating welcoming and joyful guest experiences
  • Previous food service experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work schedule

Job Duties

  • Execute duties in specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, quality control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
  • Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and shift setup
