Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Clear communication skills to understand guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for creating positive guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic food safety knowledge and practice
  • Willingness to work with food
  • Food service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or older

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
  • Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
