Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 or older
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear communication and quick understanding in loud environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to make people smile
- Passion for delivering comfort, connection, and joy
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food safety knowledge and training
- Enjoy working with food
- Food service experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or above

Job Duties
- Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
