Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or older
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Clear communication skills in a loud environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Completion of basic food safety training or Food Handler's Card as required by law
  • Enjoy working with food

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
  • Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and setting up the next shift
