The Restaurant Team Member role at Panera Bread holds a vital position within the bakery-cafe. Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and practice training
  • Food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Execute duties specific to assigned areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, and QC
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
  • Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift
