Job Requirements
- Minimum age 16 or older
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills in loud environments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about guest service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible schedule
- Completion of food safety training, including food handler's card as required by law
- Enjoy working with food

Job Duties
- Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift
