Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 or older
- able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- able to communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
- possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality
- able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- completed basic training in food safety practices such as a Food Handler's Card if required by law
- enjoy working with food, food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- execute the duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
