Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 or older
- Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Have a passion for guest service and creating positive experiences
- Thrive in fast-paced work settings and multi-task efficiently
- Be reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Complete basic food safety training and hold a Food Handler's Card if required by law
- Preferably have food service experience

- Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
