Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • effective communication skills in a noisy environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • passion for guest service
  • ability to multitask under pressure
  • reliable and punctual with flexible availability
  • completion of food safety training and food handler's card as required
  • interest in working with food
  • preferred food service experience

Job Duties

  • execute duties in assigned bakery-café areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, qc
  • greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
  • assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
  • support team success through cleaning, stocking, and shift preparation
