Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement (16+)
- able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- ability to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment
- strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- reliable, punctual, and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- complete basic food safety training and hold Food Handler's Card if applicable
- enjoy working with food

- previous food service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- execute duties within specific areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and assisting in shift setups
