  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Clear communication skills and ability to understand directions in loud environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for creating comfort, connection, and joy for every guest
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
  • Enjoy working with food
  • Food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Execute specific area duties such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Adapt to daily priorities with a positive attitude to ensure every guest gets the best service
  • Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and shift setup
