As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you will play a crucial role in bringing the company’s mission of warmth and hospitality to life. You will work in different areas of the restaurant, such as service, cashier stations, drive-thru, and food production. Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or older
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understand directions quickly in a noisy environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for making people smile
  • Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest
  • Ability to multitask with ease in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training with Food Handler's Card if required
  • Enjoy working with food

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific areas within the bakery-cafe such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
  • Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift
