In this role, the team member is involved in a variety of areas within the bakery-cafe, including production, preparation, service, cashier duties, expo, drive-thru operations, barista tasks, quality control, and guest experience. Through these diverse responsibilities, team members help ensure that each guest receives an exceptional experience marked by personal attention and high standards.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring adaptability and a positive attitude to manage daily priorities and changes. Team members are expected to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Supporting team success by completing cleaning and stocking tasks and preparing for upcoming shifts is also an integral part of the role.

Job Duties
- Execute duties for specific areas within the bakery-cafe such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
