Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for creating comfort and joy for guests
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Reliability and punctuality

- Basic food safety understanding and practice

Job Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 years or older

- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of food handler's card if required by law
Job Duties
- Execute duties specific to areas within the bakery-cafe such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
