Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • must communicate clearly and understand directions in a noisy environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • passion for guest service
  • able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • complete basic food safety training and possess Food Handler's Card if required by law
  • enjoy working with food
  • food service experience preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Execute duties specific to the bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
  • support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and preparing for the next shift
