Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear communication and quick understanding of directions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make people smile
- Passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler's Card as required by law)
- Enjoy working with food
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute duties in assigned areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift
