Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for guest comfort, connection, and joy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food safety knowledge and practice
- Food Handler's Card as required by law
- Enjoyment of working with food
- Food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt positively to change
- Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and setup duties for the next shift
