In this role, Restaurant Team Members will be assigned to specific areas such as production, preparation, service, cashiering, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control. Team members are expected to greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, assemble fresh food items carefully, and assist guests throughout the café.   • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable, punctual, flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler's Card as required)
  • Enjoy working with food (experience preferred but not required)

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for assigned areas e.g. production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC
  • Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes positively
  • Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and setting up the next shift
