Employment in this role is part-time or full-time, with a competitive pay range of $17.95 to $19.00 per hour, plus eligibility for team tips. Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or older
  • Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Clear communication and quick understanding of directions in a loud environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for creating moments of comfort and joy for guests
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete basic food safety training and hold Food Handler’s Card if required by law
  • Enjoy working with food
  • Food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
  • Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift
